Welcome to Gud4U Organicks. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.gud4uorganicks.com and any orders placed with us. By accessing the site or submitting a pre-booking, enquiry or order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.

2. About Us

Gud4U Organicks is a producer of organic jaggery products, with its registered office in Thane, Maharashtra, and factory in Omerga, Dharashiv district, Maharashtra (PIN 413605). All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Gud4U Organicks.

3. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to place an order or pre-booking.
  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
  • You agree not to interfere with the security or operation of the website (for example, by uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorised access).

4. Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display product details, pack sizes and images accurately. Minor variations in colour, texture, weight, and shape are natural and expected for a hand-made organic product.
  • Prices are shared on enquiry and remain valid for 14 days from the quote date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST, packaging upgrades, and freight unless mentioned otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to revise prices, packs and product availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Pre-Bookings & Orders

  • A pre-booking submitted through this website is a request to reserve a batch and is not, by itself, a confirmed sale.
  • We will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and dispatch details before any order is finalised.
  • An order is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation (email, WhatsApp, or invoice).
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing error.

6. Payment

  • Payment terms (advance, partial, or on dispatch) will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
  • For trade and bulk orders, our standard commercial terms will apply unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • You agree to make all payments through the methods we communicate (bank transfer, UPI, card, or cash on delivery, where offered).

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch from our kitchen in Omerga, Dharashiv, Maharashtra. Pan-India delivery is available through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary based on courier load and your delivery location.
  • Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect packaging on receipt and report visible damage to the courier and to us within 24 hours.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because jaggery is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns of opened or partially used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at inquiry@gud4uorganicks.com, with photographs of the issue and your order details.
  • We will, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund of the affected items.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.

9. Product Storage & Use

Our jaggery is a natural, unrefined product with no preservatives. For best taste and shelf life:

  • Store in a clean, airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Use a dry spoon — moisture shortens shelf life.
  • Best consumed within the period printed on the pack.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the brand name, logos, sub-brand names (Gudiva, Gudras), illustrations, photography, copy and code — is the property of Gud4U Organicks or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any part of it without our prior written permission.

11. User Submissions

If you submit a message, photo, review, or any other content to us, you grant Gud4U Organicks a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for marketing, customer service, and product improvement purposes. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe any third-party rights.

12. Disclaimers

  • The website and our products are provided on an “as-is” basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no warranties beyond those required by Indian law.
  • Product information on this website is for general guidance and is not intended as medical or dietary advice. Consult a qualified professional for specific health concerns.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or our products.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order or use of this website is limited to the value of the goods supplied in the order to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with the website or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
